Dude, did you know walfas is a program (actually, flash), not just a base? And it's not that you draw everything onto the base. You piece things together using parts and customs and props.
Can it be used on tablet?
If your tablet can open flash. But I think tablets should be able to support flash. To use custom, you'd have to use the local version instead of web version. You can try using the web version first here
